If for any reason you, the customer, are not satisfied with your new furniture or mattress purchase please contact us immediately. If you should not like your item within 7 days of receipt, we offer an in-store credit to be used towards any other item. Custom or Special Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason. Please contact our office with any additional questions.
90 Day Sleep Trial on Mattresses
If you are not completely satisfied with your new mattress after first sleeping on it for a 30-day trial period, you may process a one-time exchange for another mattress of the same size within 90 days of delivery. Please note the sleep trial is for the mattress only and not eligible for foundations, powerbases, pillows, or sheets. Sleep trial does require purchase of a mattress pad with original purchase and that the mattress be in new, clean condition. Please contact the office with any questions.
